My Role

As a Marketing Coordinator for the multi-million dollar commercial real estate investment company, I managed content creation and distribution across their social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) and website (bgcap.co). I oversaw the marketing endeavors of BG Capital's subsidiaries, including Seaport Pier, Govberg Realty, and Melrose Country Club, by developing and managing their social media presence, website content, and marketing materials. Additionally, I created graphics and logos, collaborated on article writing, and captured brand photography through visits to construction sites and properties.

I led the redesign of their outdated website, driving me to independently learn WordPress, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices. As a result, the site now attracts over 1,200 weekly visitors. It effectively highlights their project portfolio, services, subsidiaries, and recent press coverage, enhancing credibility and strengthening their position in deal negotiations.

Step to Remember 9/11 Fundraiser – Event Planning & Marketing

I planned and organized a 9/11 fundraiser stair climb challenge to honor our fallen firefighters, collaborating with notable non-profits such as the Travis Manion Foundation, Tuesday's Children, The Wounded Warrior Project, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. I managed event registration, coordinated with non-profits and external partners, and developed marketing materials. Additionally, I worked with Fox News’ Bob Kelly to promote the event, increasing visibility and community engagement.

Social Media

I established BG Capital’s presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, leveraging competitive analysis and a strategic content calendar to create engaging content tailored to their target audience. I published updates on new project deals and recent press coverage, ensuring their niche audience remained informed about the company’s latest developments.
